Mr. Seitz’s practice consists of handling and assisting in cases involving personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, and insurance litigation. Mr. Seitz prides himself on providing his clients with the highest possible quality of legal service and the utmost personal attention to their issues.
Mr. Seitz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and graduated from the Cumberland School of Law, earning cum laude honors at both institutions. During law school, Mr. Seitz served as an associate editor for the Cumberland Law Review, received the James O. Haley Outstanding Advocate Award and was recognized for his outstanding academic achievement by receiving the Scholar of Merit Award a total of four times.
Mr. Seitz is a member of the Alabama State Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court’s Birmingham Chapter.
Mr. Seitz passed the Alabama Bar Exam in July of 2013 and began working at the Belt & Bruner, P.C. in August of 2013.
Mr. Seitz is the loving owner of a very special Scottish Deerhound-mix named Otie, and an avid fan of UAB and Alabama athletics. Mr. Seitz has been in attendance at Bartow Arena for nearly every UAB basketball game since 2002.
